Services are provided in Marina and surrounding communities in Monterey County, California.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
All estimates provided by Marina Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including the condition of the existing concrete, square footage, and the scope of work discussed. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
If site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate - for example, if additional crack repairs, moisture mitigation, or removal of previous coatings are required - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised price. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your written or verbal approval.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to the start of a job if material or labor costs change.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee, which we will communicate to you at the time of booking.
We may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For jobs requiring the space to be cleared before arrival, it is your responsibility to have the area ready at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply if our crew arrives and the space is not ready to work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as agreed upon in advance.
Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings. You agree to pay all reasonable costs associated with collecting any unpaid balance, including attorney fees if applicable.
All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or prep work has begun, unless we are unable to complete the project due to a fault on our part.
We stand behind our work and use quality materials appropriate for the conditions at your property. However, we make no express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in a written agreement for a specific project.
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims will not be honored where damage results from misuse, failure to follow maintenance instructions, improper cleaning products, physical damage, or conditions that could not be anticipated at the time of installation.
Concrete and coating materials are subject to natural variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are characteristics of the materials, not defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marina Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or damage to property beyond what is directly caused by our work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
